Richard bought his Subaru Legacy B4 “Blitzen” (2001 model) as a fresh import to the UK in October 2011, and the car came to Scooby Projects the following week for a full check-over.  Early in 2012, the car returned to us for a full service including cambelt change, plus a number of subtle upgrades that include Brembo brakes, Defi gauges, engine-oil cooler and BR Developments ECU re-map.
On the morning of Monday 23rd April 2012, Richard was on his normal commute to work when a taxi coming in the opposite direction did a right turn across the front of him. Sadly the resulting collision has written off Richard’s Subaru Legacy Blitzen and bought the life of this stunning project car to a premature end.
As one door closes, so another door opens. After surprisingly smooth and quick negotiations with insurance companies Richard was able to find himself a replacement car, and on 19th May he took delivery of a rare Subaru Legacy S-edition.| Vehicle: | Legacy B4 “Blitzen” 2001 model [ 1 ] (Japanese Import) |
