Keith’s Impreza Type-R — Project Overview
Scooby Projects acquired this JDM Impreza WRX STi type-R (version 5) in 2011 from a customer in part-exchange. At that time the car was quite neglected and had a failed front differential among its list of problems. Keith (Scooby Projects founder) decided to “rescue” the car and use it to demonstrate the services and products offered by Scooby Projects.
Project Update
So far, work on the car has been confined to repairing its damaged transmission, upgrading the brakes, suspension, and minor cosmetic changes. In the future a high-end specification engine will be fitted to this car as part of its new role as a company demonstrator.
